This 30 minute to 1 hour Reiki session can reduce stress and promote relaxation. Reiki translates to "Universal Life Force". Reiki is a Japanese Technique that transfers life force energy to emotional and physical areas of your body that need healing.
Reiki is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that this unseen life force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If our life force energy is low or not flowing freely, we may feel stress or get sick. If our Reiki is high and flowing, we may be more capable to feel happy and healthy.
I offer in-person and distant treatment sessions. I will use my hands to channel Reiki to release blockages. You may experience spiritual and emotional releases while your life force energy is revived.
