Private Prenatal Yoga

This 60 minute private prenatal yoga session is curated especially for you to support your transformational journey as a mother-to-be. The prenatal sequence and flow specializes in making you feel stronger and more comfortable in your ever-changing body and physically and mentally preparing you for childbirth.

Private sessions allow me the chance to give you personal attention. You have the opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance from an experienced teacher than if you were in a group class. These sessions can be scheduled in-person (depending on your location) or online.
