This 60 minute private yoga session is curated especially for you. These sessions will incorporate a Grounding Meditation, Breathwork and Pranayama, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative asanas to create a well rounded yoga practice.
Private sessions allow me the chance to give you personal attention. You have the opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance from an experienced teacher than if you were in a group class. These sessions can be scheduled in-person (depending on location) or online.
